General

• Applicants must own the rights to the character design and the rights to use it for marketing purposes.

• strictly no AI generated content.

• Applicants must have high quality full-body avatar.

• Inappropriate designs, artworks, and song covers that are deemed too sexual, obscene or gory will not be accepted.

• Applicant’s stream compilation must be family-friendly. (No swearing and absolutely no nudity).

• Applicant’s submitted full-body and artwork design must be in .PNG format.

• Applicants submitted videos must be in .MP4 format.

• The organizer reserves the right to decline any entry that fails to meet the specified terms, is deemed inappropriate, or poses a potential threat to the safety and privacy of other applicants, as per their sole discretion.

• Any declined entry shall be refunded within 1 week of notice.

• Applicants participating in AniManGaki or projects by Rakugaki Events PLT are granting their permission for all the submitted materials (Standee, video, covers, interview & postcard) to be photographed or filmed by permitted staff. By participating in our events, applicants are granting permission to AniManGaki and Rakugaki Events PLT to use those photos or videos taken by the Staff for event promotional purposes. AniManGaki and Rakugaki Events PLT are not obligated to notify photographed subjects in advance of image usage.

• All information taken during registration is only for internal use only.

Solo Camper Plan

• Applicants must have a full body avatar.

• Applicants must take all belongings by the end of the event or arrange a representative. 

• For the cutout design, max height will be 5.5 feet (168 cm) and max width with be 3 feet (91 cm)

• Stream compilation video must not exceed 5 minutes.

Group Glamping Plan

• Any big screen activities must be family friendly (Inappropriate activities that are deemed too sexual, obscene or gory will not be accepted.)

• Do not damage the booth or participant(s) would be penalized.

• Only one electrical appliances is permitted for each plug point. participant(s) is/are allowed to request for more plug point with additional fee.

• Only participant(s)with exhibitor pass are allowed to be inside booth area. participant(s) is/are allowed to request more exhibitor pass with additional fee.
